Chiu Lau Kung Fu College

Our Mission is to enhance our communities through the personal development of our students. Chiu Lau Kung Fu College is a haven of positive energy, an ideal place to grow in all aspects of one’s life. We train Wing Chun & Shaolin Kung Fu to develop very effective self defense skills, condition the body, and improve stamina, flexibility, strength and Chi. This unified training approach incorporates both internal and external Chi Gung elements designed to improve one’s spirit, energy, and confidence.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Tuesday: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Thursday: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Saturday: 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Our Kung Fu Lineage

Our lineage stems directly from Grand Master Ip Man. In 1995 Grand Master Chiu Lau established The Chiu Lau Kung Fu College in Edmonton.

Warm Up!

We encourage students to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before class starts to stretch and warm-up to receive the maximum benefits from the training.
