Our mission is to enhance our communities through the personal development of our students. Chiu Lau Kung Fu College is a haven of positive energy, an ideal place to grow in all aspects of one’s life. Through training Wing Chun and Shaolin Kung Fu, we develop effective self-defence skills, condition the body, and improve stamina, flexibility, strength, and Chi. This unified training approach incorporates internal and external Chi Gung elements designed to improve one’s spirit, energy, and confidence.
Tuesday: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Thursday: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturday: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 11:30am

Wing Chun Kung Fu is a highly effective approach to self-defence. Shaolin Kung Fu is the root of all martial arts and offers techniques to build strength, fitness, and good health. We encourage students to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before class starts to stretch and warm-up to receive the maximum benefits from the training.
